Welcome to Huckleberry Hearts! These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and use of digital products from Huckleberry Hearts, LLC. Please review them before placing an order.

Digital Products & Delivery

All products sold by Huckleberry Hearts are digital items. No physical products will be shipped.

Downloads are available once payment has cleared. Please review each product description for details about included files and delivery.

For the Whole Shop Bundle Lifetime Access Membership, you will receive a downloadable PDF containing links to both Dropbox and Google Drive folders where the design files are located. You can choose whichever platform works best for you.

License & Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a license to use the content—not ownership of the content.

Unless the product description or a separately purchased license states otherwise, your purchase includes:

  • A single-user license covering one person or sole proprietor.
  • Personal, nonprofit, and small business commercial use.
  • Use on an unlimited number of end products, subject to the applicable license terms.

Print-on-demand use and third-party manufacturing require a separate extended license. Extended licenses are not included with the Lifetime Access Membership.

Please review our license information in the Policies section before using designs commercially.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share, sell, give away, or redistribute the original design files.
  • Share your membership, download links, or access folders with others.
  • Claim Huckleberry Hearts designs as your own.
  • Make the design files available for others to download or extract from your products.
  • Use the designs outside the permissions granted by your license.

Permission to sell end products does not include permission to resell or distribute the underlying design files.

Lifetime Access Membership

The Whole Shop Bundle Lifetime Access Membership provides one user with access to all current and future Huckleberry Hearts clipart, digital paper, and digital art, with no download limits or expiration date.

Membership access is for the purchaser only and may not be shared or transferred to another person.

Sharing membership access or distributing files in violation of these terms will result in membership access being revoked without a refund, except where required by law.

Prices & Payments

Prices are displayed on the applicable product pages. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.

Payment must clear before digital files or membership access become available. Changes to prices or promotions apply to future purchases and do not change completed orders.

Refunds & Returns

Because our products are digital, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds, except where required by law.

File Compatibility

Please review the file formats and product details before purchasing to ensure they work with your software and intended project.

Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, printer, ink, and materials.

Copyright & Ownership

All Huckleberry Hearts designs and digital content remain the intellectual property of Huckleberry Hearts, LLC. Purchasing or modifying a design does not transfer ownership of the original artwork to you.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services, including Dropbox and Google Drive, to provide access to certain files. Your use of these services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

If a third-party service interruption prevents access to your purchase, please let us know through our Contact page.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Changes will not retroactively reduce the license or membership rights included with a completed purchase without your agreement.
